We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team and work on a US-based product.
🔹 Role Requirements (Must-Have):
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 21 (4+ years)
- Expert-level experience with Spring Boot (4+ years)
- Solid background in API development & microservices architecture
🔹 Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AWS (SDK / cloud services)
- Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, and modern backend practices
- Any frontend exposure (React / Next.js) is a plus
🔹 Tech Stack (Self-rating 1–10):
- Java 21
- Spring Boot
- AWS
- REST APIs / Microservices
- CI/CD / DevOps
- AI-assisted dev tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, etc.) – optional
🔹 Engagement Details:
- Full-time role
- Minimum 12-month commitment
- Start ASAP (within max 2 weeks)
🔹 Working Model:
- Remote-first (with occasional office visits if needed)
- 4–5 hours daily overlap with US time
- Typical hours: 10 AM – 7 PM or 11 AM – 8 PM (flexible)

- Strong English communication skills (8/10+)
- Experience working with US clients is a plus
