We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Transactions & Regulatory Practice in Dubai.
This is a full-time, office-based position.
Essential requirements
Minimum 6 years’ experience as a transactions lawyer, including at least 2 years in Dubai based and licensed law firm.
Strong drafting, legal research and analytical skills
Experience in corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the UAE
Ability to independently manage transactions and take ownership of assigned matters
Ability to assist the Head of Transactions & Regulatory Practice and the Founder on complex matters, research and client work
A collaborative and team-oriented approach
High standards of professional ethics, discretion and confidentiality
Sound judgment, intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
