Handle the full accounting cycle for assigned companies, from recording transactions through to monthly financial reporting.

Record and review monthly accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

Prepare and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records and follow up on outstanding balances.

Prepare monthly trial balances and financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

Perform month-end closing activities and ensure all transactions and accruals are properly recorded.

Review supporting documents and ensure transactions are properly authorized, classified, and recorded in accordance with accounting policies.

Monitor and reconcile intercompany balances, where applicable.

Prepare VAT and other tax-related schedules/reports and coordinate with the relevant parties for timely filing and compliance.

Maintain proper accounting documentation and electronic records for all transactions.

Assist with year-end closing, external audit requirements, and preparation of supporting schedules.

Identify accounting discrepancies, unusual transactions, and control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Provide management with monthly financial analysis and explanations of significant variances when required.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, customers, and other relevant parties regarding accounting and financial matters.

Support the Finance Manager in improving accounting procedures, controls, and reporting processes.
4.Very strong skills in Excel and working on ERP systems.
