Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square is looking for a professional and dedicated Security Team Leader to join our team.
The Security Team Leader will supervise daily security operations, ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and hotel property, and support the Security Manager in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- * Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Security Team.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, visitors, and hotel assets.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV, access points, and security systems.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain security records.
- Enforce hotel security procedures, policies, and emergency protocols.
- Support investigations and liaise with local authorities when required.
- Train, coach, and guide Security Officers to maintain high performance standards.
- Coordinate emergency response, fire safety, evacuation, and loss-prevention procedures.
- Work closely with all hotel departments to promote a safe and secure environment.
QualificationsQualifications and Experience
- * Previous experience in a security supervisory or team-leader role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Relevant security training or certification.
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and incident reporting.
- Excellent observation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- UAE security experience or relevant licensing is preferred.
