As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful promotion and sale of our coaching programs. You will play a key role in managing sales performance, building strong client relationships, and achieving the coaching school's sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team sales performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Coach and support sales team members to improve their sales performance
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion process
- Handle escalated client objections and support the team in closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Ensure clients are guided toward the coaching program that best fits their needs
- Prepare and monitor sales reports, targets, and KPIs
- Collaborate with the management and other teams to improve the overall sales process
Requirements
- * Previous experience working in or managing sales for a coaching school, coaching academy, or coaching program is mandatory
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably selling services, programs, or high-value offers
- Experience selling or managing sales for services related to:
(Mental Health Programs - Relationship Coaching - Life Coaching)
- Strong leadership, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills

- Ability to understand client needs and ensure the team recommends appropriate solutions
