We are looking for a Sales Interior Designer / Architect to join our team at our Mecca Street showroom in Amman. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified fresh graduate who combines design creativity, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills.
In this role, you will meet with clients, understand their needs, develop tailored design concepts, prepare proposals and quotations, and help turn opportunities into successful projects.

• Five working days per week
• One additional day off during the week
• Friday is a fixed holiday
• 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, space requirements, and budgets.
• Create interior layouts, design concepts, 2D and 3D visualizations, and technical drawings.
• Present mood boards, materials, finishes, and design proposals to clients.
• Prepare customized quotations and sales proposals.
• Complete requested design revisions and deliver work within agreed deadlines.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries and support the sales process through closing.
• Maintain organized customer files, drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction with the proposed designs.
• Coordinate with the sales, production, and project teams to support smooth project execution.
• Contribute toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Qualified fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A strong academic or personal design portfolio.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one 3D design or visualization program, such as SketchUp or Revit.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Strong design creativity and aesthetic awareness.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with an interest in sales and negotiation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of joinery, fit-out, or furniture design is an advantage.
• Relevant internships, freelance projects, or customer-facing experience are considered a plus.
