Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for AI and a track record of owning the full sales cycle? We're looking for 4x BDM/Sales Executives to join a fast-growing AI marketing product company based in Dubai.
üìå Role: BDM / Sales Executive (x4 openings)
üè¢ Company: AI Marketing Products
üìç Location: Dubai
üí∞ Package: AED 8,000 ‚Äì 15,000/month basic + uncapped commission (10%)
üéì Experience: 5‚Äì10 years
What you'll do:
✅ Own the full sales cycle — prospecting through to close
‚úÖ Drive new business development and product sales
‚úÖ Manage end-to-end client relationships
‚úÖ Plan and manage marketing campaigns alongside clients
‚úÖ Negotiate contracts and commercial terms
‚úÖ Hit and exceed KPIs in a target-driven environment
What we're looking for:
‚úÖ Strong understanding and genuine passion for AI
‚úÖ Background in marketing, campaign management, or AI/tech product sales
‚úÖ Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working to targets
‚úÖ Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills
✅ Native/bilingual English speaker — most essential requirement
‚úÖ Arabic speaking skills a plus
‚úÖ F&B/FMCG industry experience is a plus
