Role Description The Sales Associate – Exhibitions and Events is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting Rely Industries’ exhibitions and event solutions. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering sales presentations, responding to inquiries, coordinating with design and production teams to develop proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to convert them into confirmed projects. The Sales Associate will track sales activities, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, support contract negotiations, and ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to operations. The role also involves attending industry events, understanding market trends, and providing feedback to internal teams to refine offerings and improve client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- * Proven skills in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation for exhibitions and events sales.
- Ability to research market opportunities, analyze client needs, and prepare tailored proposals and presentations.
- Experience with basic sales administration, CRM systems, and documentation to manage pipelines and reporting.
- Understanding of exhibitions, events, and fit-out industry processes, including timelines, cost factors, and deliverables.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and production personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous sales experience in exhibitions, events, or related creative industries is highly desirable.
- Professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage for regional client communication.
