About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Application Specialist to join our MedTech Division.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial capabilities with hands-on clinical application expertise, supporting the growth, implementation and adoption of our medical imaging portfolio.
The role requires someone who can independently manage customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, provide clinical and technical product support, and work closely with physicians, radiology teams, biomedical engineers and hospital decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Identify new opportunities across hospitals, clinics and healthcare organizations.
- Build strong relationships with physicians, KOLs, radiology teams, biomedical engineers, procurement departments and hospital management.
- Provide clinical and technical support for medical imaging equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations and clinical applications.
- Train physicians, technicians and other healthcare professionals on product use and applications.
- Manage opportunities from initial customer contact through quotation, evaluation, purchase order and delivery.
- Support product launches and the introduction of new medical technologies.
- Coordinate workshops, presentations, clinical demonstrations and training programs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Monitor competitors, market developments, pricing and emerging technologies.
- Support hospital and government tender opportunities where required.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related healthcare/scientific discipline.
- 5–10 years of medical-device sales and/or clinical application experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in medical imaging, particularly X-ray and MRI systems.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct clinical applications, demonstrations and customer training.
- Good understanding of hospital purchasing and medical-device sales processes.
- Existing relationships with radiologists, physicians, KOLs or hospital decision-makers would be an advantage.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and customer-management capabilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.
