A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Manage all aspects of daily food & beverage operations, including outlets, kitchens, banquet facilities, and special events, ensuring compliance with operating policies and brand standards.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of hospitality professionals and supervisors to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.
Ensure outstanding guest experiences by setting high service standards, implementing improvements, ad identifying opportunities to exceed expectations.
Develop and execute F&B promotions calendars, assist in planning special event menus, and drive initiatives to enhance revenue and guest engagement.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, quality, and operational compliance.
Monitor financial performance by achieving budgeted revenues, controlling expenses and labor costs, and maximizing profitability across all F&B areas.
Effectively manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure smooth operations during daily service and special events.

What We Need From You

* Demonstrated success as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or upscale hotel environment, with at least four years of experience managing All-Day Dining, Banquet, and In-Room Dining operations, including team leadership, operational management, and guest service excellence.
Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop multicultural teams.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced hospitality environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
