Role Description The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bahrain, responsible for the daily operations and management of residential and/or commercial properties. You will be responsible for maximizing property performance, maintaining high tenant satisfaction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in property management, preferably within the Bahraini real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of local property laws, tenancy regulations, and real estate compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Solid financial acumen and the ability to analyze property performance reports.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience managing teams.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional certifications in real estate or property management (e.g., RERA certification) are an advantage.
