Total Experience:
5 to 7 years of professional experience in project management in IT Banking.
Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
Degree:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Project management certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum certifications are an advantage.
Description:
The role holder is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring IT projects across the organization’s core banking and digital technology portfolio.
Collect, extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions to support management decision-making.
Translate business requirements into analytical models, reports, and meaningful performance indicators.
Analyze customer behavior, transaction patterns, and business trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the development of customer insights and data-driven digital products and initiatives.
Design, develop, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data requirements and deliver relevant analytical solutions.
Perform data quality assessments and implement validation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting activities.
Support the development and maintenance of data models, datasets, and business intelligence solutions.
Conduct trend analysis, segmentation, and exploratory data analysis to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
Support the identification of opportunities for process optimization, revenue enhancement, and improved customer experience.
Work with IT and data teams to improve data accessibility, integration, and reporting capabilities.
Ensure compliance with internal data governance, information security, and customer data confidentiality requirements.
Prepare analytical findings and present insights and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
Stay updated on data analytics technologies, BI tools, and industry best practices.
Skills
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of IT systems implementation, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and system integration projects.
Understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, and digital banking technologies is an advantage.
Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
