Job Purpose:
Represent the company in external relations and contractor management, negotiate and manage finishing and interior fit-out contracts for new branches according to the brand’s global design manual, ensure strict quality control during handovers, and oversee maintenance operations across existing branches and head office.
Role Description

Company Representation & Contract Management: -

Formally represent the company before contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Draft project requirements, review, and negotiate contractor contracts to ensure technical, financial, and timeline compliance.

New Branch Setup & Fit-Out:
-
Supervise high-end finishing and interior fit-out works for new branches in A-Class retail locations.

Ensure all executed site works conform strictly to the brand's international design manual and visual identity.

Monitor project execution schedules to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.

Handover & Quality Control:

Conduct technical site inspections and manage preliminary and final branch handovers from contractors.

Identify non-conformities/punch lists and ensure corrective actions are resolved prior to launch.

Operations & Branch Maintenance:

Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance across all operational branches and the administrative office.

Manage MEP infrastructure issues (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety) to maintain uninterrupted daily operations.

Evaluate external maintenance vendors and contractors to negotiate service agreements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills to handle technical designs, installations, and branch infrastructure requirements.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to manage timelines, resources, budgets, and coordination across multiple branch projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and franchise partners.
- Relevant experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality projects, especially fit-out and branch rollout, is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use project tracking tools, and apply quality and safety standards on-site.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on-site at branches and project locations in Giza and travel to other locations if required.
