Job DescriptionJob RoleThe Sterile Production Technician operates and monitors sterile manufacturing equipment to produce pharmaceutical products safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, batch manufacturing records, quality systems, and HSE requirements.
Responsibilities
- * Execute production schedules and monitor sterile manufacturing processes.
- Operate production equipment in accordance with approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP, quality systems, safety procedures, EMS, HSE requirements, and PPE standards.
- Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues, environmental risks, and safety hazards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and other cross-functional departments to prevent production interruptions.
- Support investigations, audits, EHS activities, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Train new employees on sterile production processes and equipment operation.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure documentation is completed correctly and on time.
Education & Experience
- * Diploma, Secondary school with 2 year experience in sterile manufacturing.
- Functional knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, understand the operation process.
- Knowledge with cGMP principles.
