Role Description The Procurement Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kaslik. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process, including preparing and tracking purchase orders, obtaining quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, comparing prices and terms, and maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation. The Procurement Coordinator will monitor inventory levels, support budget adherence, and help optimize procurement procedures to meet operational and cost-efficiency goals. Daily activities also include resolving order discrepancies, following up on pending deliveries, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement workflows.
Qualifications
- * Candidates should possess strong Procurement and Purchasing skills, including experience with sourcing, supplier coordination, and basic contract or price negotiation.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Purchase Orders, including creation, processing, tracking, and record-keeping within procurement systems or spreadsheets.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to compare quotations, analyze costs, and support data-driven purchasing decisions.

- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with procurement or ERP software is an advantage.
