This role is with a fast-growing global CFD/FX broker, regulated and headquartered offshore, offering MT4/MT5 access to a wide range of instruments including forex, indices, commodities, crypto, and CFDs. The firm is known for strong trading technology, competitive conditions, and partner-friendly IB structures, with an ambition to scale aggressively through partnerships in key emerging markets.
The brokerage already serves a large international client base but is now doubling down on the MENA region, looking to grow its books and presence across GCC and wider Middle East markets. This Business Development Manager will play a key role in building and owning MENA IB relationships, helping to shape the regional strategy, expand the partner network, and significantly grow trading volumes from the region
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and sign new IBs and referral partners across EMEA and other key regions.
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow active traders and volumes via IB channels.
- Manage end-to-end IB lifecycle: prospecting, onboarding, agreement negotiation, performance tracking, and ongoing relationship management.
- Negotiate commercial terms (rebates, commission structures, incentives) that are sustainable and aligned with company objectives.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding, compliant activities, and effective support for IBs.
- Monitor IB performance and KPIs (deposits, volumes, retention, ROI) and take proactive actions to improve results.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitive insights to help refine product offering and partnership strategies.
- Represent the brokerage at industry events, webinars, and online communities to expand the IB network and brand presence.
Requirements:
- 2+ years Proven experience in CFD/FX brokerage business development, account management, or partnership roles.
- Demonstrable track record of signing and growing IBs or affiliates, with clear revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of retail trading, MT4/MT5 or similar platforms, and common IB/affiliate business models.
- Strong knowledge and network of the MENA market.
