Role Summary / Project Description
Seeking a senior Pharma Project/Program Manager or PMO leader with strong experience in pharma supply chain/manufacturing operations who has led application/system implementations across manufacturing or operational sites.
The ideal candidate will have experience driving complex programs from planning through implementation and adoption, with strong ownership of governance, risk management, site engagement, change management, executive communication, and operational execution.
Candidates with experience in new product launches, commercialization, manufacturing/supply-chain launch readiness, and multi-site deployments are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
- Lead large, complex pharma programs involving manufacturing, supply chain, operational sites, and technology/application implementations.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, governance, RAID logs, risks/issues, and executive reporting.
- Drive application/system deployment and site readiness across manufacturing or supply chain sites.
- Work directly with site teams to drive actions, resolve roadblocks, manage competing priorities, and ensure implementation of readiness.
- Identify and manage project/operational risks, develop mitigation plans, escalate appropriately, and drive issues to closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and site leadership.
- Drive change management, including stakeholder alignment, communications, training, adoption, and resistance management.
- Support new product launch/commercialization activities, including manufacturing and supply-chain readiness where applicable.
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
