About the Position:

We are seeking a Senior SAP FI Consultant for an SAP S/4HANA implementation project focused on Luxembourg localization.

The professional must demonstrate knowledge of Luxembourg localization and previous participation in at least one SAP implementation project involving this localization. Responsibilities will include functional specifications, configuration, and advanced support for financial processes.

The chart of accounts and specific localization and tax requirements will be discussed with the client during scope definition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial requirements gathering and AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping for Luxembourg localization.
- Participate in discussions with the client to define the chart of accounts and localization and tax requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA financial modules, including FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, and Tax, according to the agreed scope.
- Implement and validate statutory reports and files applicable to Luxembourg localization, according to the requirements agreed with the client.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments, interfaces, and tax reports.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with key users.
- Provide advanced Level 3 support during go-live and post-implementation phases.
- Collaborate with global IT and business teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Solid experience in SAP FI projects
- Participation in at least one SAP implementation project involving Luxembourg localization
- Demonstrable knowledge of Luxembourg localization and its tax and accounting requirements
- Proficiency in SAP FI-GL (General Ledger)
- Proficiency in SAP FI-AP (Accounts Payable)
- Proficiency in SAP FI-AR (Accounts Receivable)
- Proficiency in SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting)
- Experience in migration or native implementation projects involving S/4HANA Finance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Official SAP FI / S/4HANA Finance certification
- Understanding of integration with SAP SD, MM, and CO
- Experience in multi-country projects
- Experience in global SSC (Shared Services Center) environments
Languages:
- Fluent English — mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication for negotiations and workshop facilitation
- Knowledge of French or German — preferred; proficiency level not specified
