Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (French/English) | Voice & Chat
Are you fluent in French and English and passionate about helping customers?
TalentPop App is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team and provide excellent customer support through voice, chat, and email.
If you have at least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience, strong communication skills, and enjoy solving problems, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and efficient customer support through inbound calls, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Understand customer needs and create positive, personalized experiences
- Build strong customer relationships through clear and professional communication
- Collaborate with your team to deliver excellent customer service
- Share feedback and ideas to help improve processes and service quality
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of remote or online customer service experience or experience in a similar role
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
- Previous bilingual customer support experience is an advantage
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is a plus
- Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM systems is a plus
Remote Work Requirements
- Personal PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor
- Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
