Our client is a U.S.-based facility management company providing commercial maintenance and repair services across multiple locations. Services include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, doors and hardware, flooring, and other facility repairs.

As a Technical Operations Associate, you will help coordinate these maintenance jobs from the moment a service request is received until the work is successfully completed.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate commercial maintenance and repair work orders
Understand the issue reported by the client and identify the required trade
Find and coordinate with the appropriate technicians
Schedule site visits and follow up on ongoing work
Communicate with technicians, clients, and the internal operations team
Track jobs and ensure they are completed within the required timeframe
Collect technician updates, photos, costs, and completion information
Help resolve scheduling or operational issues when they arise
Keep work-order information accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, and a strong communicator.

You should be comfortable managing several jobs at the same time, speaking with different stakeholders, and finding solutions when plans change.

Good English communication skills are required. Previous experience in operations, customer service, facility management, or technical services is a plus, but not required.
