We’re hiring: Corporate Performance Management Consultant – Doha, Qatar
Ara Darzi Qatar is seeking an experienced Corporate Performance Management Consultant to support a major healthcare organisation in Doha.
This is a senior strategic role with responsibility for helping to establish a new corporate performance-management function. The successful candidate will develop an organisation-wide performance framework, define meaningful corporate KPIs and strengthen executive-level performance reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing an enterprise-wide corporate performance framework;
- Developing strategic KPIs aligned with organisational priorities;
- Establishing governance, reporting and performance-review processes;
- Producing clear, executive-level performance insights and reports;
- Working closely with senior leaders and business-intelligence teams; and
- Supporting the establishment and development of a new performance-management team.
We are looking for someone with:
- Significant corporate performance-management experience;
- Senior-level strategy, transformation and programme-delivery expertise;
- Experience developing organisation-wide frameworks and KPIs;
- Strong executive reporting and stakeholder-management skills;
- Experience within healthcare, government or another large, complex or regulated organisation;
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, strategy, performance management or a related discipline; and
- A master’s degree or relevant professional qualification, ideally.
This is not primarily a data-analysis or operational-reporting role. We are seeking a strategic leader who can build the function, shape the framework and work confidently with senior stakeholders.
