Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rai for a Paint Sales & Tinting Machine Operator. The role involves assisting customers with selecting suitable paint products, explaining product features, and providing accurate recommendations for their projects. The Paint Sales & Tinting Machine Operator will operate and maintain tinting machines, mix and match paint colors to customer specifications, and ensure quality and consistency of tinted products. Daily tasks include organizing stock, labeling and displaying products, processing sales transactions, and keeping the work area and equipment clean and safe. The role also includes responding to customer inquiries, handling basic complaints, and supporting team members with product knowledge and informal training when needed.
