Role Overview
We are looking for a Techno-Functional NetSuite professional who can handle both functional configuration and technical development. The candidate will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
· Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, roles and permissions.
· Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions.
· Work with User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce and Suitelet scripts.
· Develop and support RESTlets, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
· Create and maintain Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards and KPIs.
· Support Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes.
· Develop and support integrations with POS, E-Commerce, Payment, Logistics and other systems.
· Troubleshoot functional issues, scripts, APIs, integrations and data problems.
· Support data migration, CSV imports, testing, UAT and production deployment.
· Prepare technical and functional documentation.
· Provide user support and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Retail, F&B, Restaurant, Franchise, Manufacturing, Distribution or Multi-branch environments is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
