We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman (Piping and Plumbing) to oversee and monitor the daily activities of mechanical workers on site. The role focuses on ensuring that assigned tasks are carried out correctly, safely, and in accordance with site instructions and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and supervise the daily activities of mechanical workers on site. Ensure work is performed according to site instructions and project requirements. Follow up on workforce productivity and task completion. Coordinate daily work activities and communicate instructions to workers. Report work progress, delays, and site issues to the Site Engineer. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations. Verify the proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. Maintain discipline and good housekeeping practices within the work area.
Requirements Previous experience not less than 8 years as a Mechanical Foreman (Piping and Plumbing) Experience in the construction of Mega Projects is a must (Hotels, Shopping Malls, etc..) Strong experience in reading and understanding the Shop drawings Ability to supervise and coordinate site workers effectively Good understanding of mechanical works Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of health and safety requirements Ability to work under pressure and manage daily site activities Experience in Managing Labors and Technicians is a must not only experience in managing Sub-Contractors
