As a Manager - Training, you will be responsible for...
- Designing, developing, delivering, and administering training programs that are enhancing employee knowledge, skills, behaviours, and performance to support the company in attaining its strategic objectives.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive training intervention programs that are aligning with the Talent Management strategy and overall employee development to address specific skill gaps.
- Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs and creating training programs that are effectively improving employee performance and productivity.
- Planning the annual training calendar and coordinating the delivery of internal and external training and development programs by rolling out suitable initiatives that are enhancing employees’ skills and performance, increasing productivity and quality of work, and addressing identified needs in alignment with the organization’s values and culture.
- Facilitating training and awareness sessions/workshops for employees and leaders and maintaining close communication with stakeholders to discuss training needs, methodologies, and solutions, ensuring they are fully aware of available training opportunities.
- Delivering training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees while ensuring the content is engaging, relevant, and interactive.
- Developing and managing the training budget to ensure high-quality training is being provided within the established budget and resources are being allocated effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Identifying and partnering with external vendors to source training content and solutions as needed and measuring their performance to ensure the organization’s Learning and Development programs are accessing the best training content and solutions available in the market.
- Providing coaching and support to managers and leaders to help them develop their teams and support employee development.
- Conducting post-training surveys to measure training program and vendor effectiveness and relevance, along with individual retention and adoption of learnings.
What you already have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Major’s in Human Resources; Master’s degree- preferred
- Professional certification in Assessment and Learning and/or CIPD in Learning and Development (level 3 or 5)- preferred
- Certified Coach or Certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner - preferred
