We’re looking for a Manager – Research Intelligence to support the CSi Research function by managing research programs, insight development, and external research partnerships across Landmark Group.
In this role, you’ll strengthen how the business understands customers, categories, brands, and markets by turning research, feedback, and market inputs into clear recommendations and practical business actions.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to shape research priorities, support evidence-based decisions, and improve the impact of insights across the Group.
What You Will Be Doing?
- Manage research and insight programs across business units, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
- Lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives, including tracking studies, ad hoc research, customer studies, and market understanding projects.
- Synthesize research findings, customer feedback, market inputs, and business context into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Partner with stakeholders to define learning needs, frame business questions, prioritize research requirements, and translate findings into action.
- Manage external research agencies and insight partners, including briefs, methodology review, quality control, timelines, budgets, and deliverable governance.
- Support structured knowledge sharing so research outputs and market learnings are easier to access, reuse, and apply.
- Prepare concise insight narratives, leadership presentations, dashboards, and recommendations that connect customer and market understanding to business outcomes.
What We Are Looking For?
- 6 to 9 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, customer intelligence, analytics, business strategy, or research consulting, preferably in retail or consumer-facing businesses.
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including research design, sampling, questionnaire development, moderation, analysis, and insight synthesis; in-depth exposure to qualitative methodologies is preferred.
- Experience managing research programs, customer feedback initiatives, market studies, competitive understanding, or customer insight projects.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources, including research findings, customer feedback, behavioral signals, market intelligence, competitive inputs, and business context, and convert them into clear key insights, implications, recommendations, and business-ready stories.
- Comfort with modern insight tools, analytics platforms, reporting approaches, and emerging technologies will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, stakeholder communication, storytelling, presentation, and data visualization skills, with the ability to turn complex findings into simple, compelling, and visually clear insight narratives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders around insight-led decisions and action plans.
- Strong project and partner management capability, including agency briefing, methodology review, quality control, timelines, budgets, and deliverable governance.
- Curious, collaborative, and future-oriented mindset with a passion for customer understanding, continuous learning, and insight-led decision-making.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, analytics, psychology, social sciences, engineering, or an MBA from a reputed institute is preferred.
