We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join the opening team at ISOLA. The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance to keep the restaurant safe, functional and guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect restaurant, kitchen and back-of-house equipment and facilities regularly.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general repair requests.
- Supervise contractors and verify completed maintenance work.
- Maintain service records, checklists and spare-parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and local requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with restaurant operations to minimize disruption.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years of facilities or maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general repairs.
- Previous supervisory or contractor-coordination experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, organization and record-keeping skills.
- Relevant technical qualification or trade certification is preferred.
- Previous UAE experience and knowledge of local safety requirements are advantageous.
