We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator in Kinston, NC to support high-precision aerospace manufacturing within a production environment. This role involves setting up and operating a variety of machine tools to produce parts, mechanisms, tools, and machine components to exacting aerospace tolerances.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CNC and/or conventional machining, strong blueprint reading skills, and a solid background in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments. This position plays a critical role in producing high-quality aircraft components that meet strict engineering and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- * Basic machine operator skills required
- Strong understanding of shop safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and quality standards (including FOD prevention and “clean as you go” practices)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Must be willing and able to work any shift, including overtime as needed
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined under U.S. export control regulations.
Experience Requirements
- * Minimum 3 years of machine operator experience required
- 5+ years of aerospace or aviation production experience preferred
