*About UsOptiply is the AI-native platform transforming how e-commerce, retail, and wholesale businesses approach supply chain optimization. Our supply chain agents* automate procurement end-to-end—handling everything from demand forecasting to purchase order execution—resulting in 32% less inventory, 80% less manual work, and dramatically higher product availability.
We're not building a software tool; we're enabling organizational transformation. Buyers go from spending entire days on purchasing decisions to having intelligent agents handle routine orders while they focus on strategic partnerships and growth. CFOs see immediate cash flow improvements. Procurement leaders see their teams work smarter, not harder.
*Job DescriptionEvery great transformation starts with a single conversation. As a Junior Account Executive*, you are the tip of the spear. Your mission is to master the art of identifying high-potential businesses and showing them that their manual supply chain processes are no longer sustainable in an AI-driven world.
We don't believe in "forever-SDRs." We are hiring you to become an Account Executive within 6 to 12 months. This is your intensive training ground in high-stakes SaaS sales, AI literacy, and supply chain strategy.
*This Is What You'll Be Doing*Your Evolution Roadmap
Phase 1: The Intelligence Scout (Months 1-6)
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research "Ideal Customer Profiles" (ICPs) using data-driven insights. You’ll find the businesses where Optiply can have the biggest financial impact.
- Master the Narrative: Conduct multi-channel outreach (calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn) to engage decision-makers. You aren't "selling"; you're inviting them to a better way of working.
- Pipeline Engineering: Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to refine our outbound engine and ensure a constant flow of transformation opportunities.
- Tech Mastery: Deep dive into CRM management and sales automation tools to track your impact and optimize your conversion rates.
Phase 2: The Junior Closer (Months 6-12)
- Transition to AE: Once you’ve demonstrated mastery of the "Front End," you will begin leading your own product demos, managing discovery calls, and closing your own deals under the mentorship of our Senior AEs.
*This Is Who We’re Looking For** The "Grind" and the "Brain": You are resilient and persistent (cold outreach is part of the game), but you also think critically. You don't just follow a script; you understand the business logic.
* Eagerness for AI: You’re fascinated by how automation is changing the world. You want to be at a company where you’re selling the future, not a legacy tool.
* Growth Obsessed: You want to be an AE. You’re looking for a role that offers a clear ladder, not a dead-end job.
Core Essentials
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (even an internship) is a plus.
- Fluent in English & Dutch (Mandatory): You must be able to navigate professional conversations with Dutch business owners and procurement leaders.
- Data Literate: You are comfortable using (or learning) CRM systems and aren't afraid of looking at numbers to improve your performance.
*This It What We Offer** Competitive Salary & Uncapped Commission
* Free lunch at the office.
* Training and development opportunities.
* Hybrid work model.
* Flexible schedule.
* Proactive career management.
* Up to 1 month of "work from anywhere".
* Bike plan.
* Annual company gathering.
* Thematic events (dinners, karting, boat trips, etc.).
* Friday drinks.
* A supportive and ambitious team, ensuring you enjoy coming to work every day!
