Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced International Legal Advisor based in Egypt to work remotely and support the company’s legal matters across its international tourism operations and business expansion.
The role will focus on commercial contracts, corporate matters, employment documentation, licensing, compliance, and legal requirements for entering new international markets.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle legal matters related to the company’s international tourism and business operations.
- Research and advise on legal and regulatory requirements in different countries and new markets.
- Support company registration, licensing, permits, and other legal requirements when entering new destinations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, supplier, partner, client, and employment agreements.
- Advise management on contractual obligations, liabilities, legal risks, and compliance requirements.
- Review employment contracts and related documentation in line with applicable local laws.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations for establishing and operating businesses in new countries.
- Coordinate with local lawyers, legal consultants, government authorities, partners, and suppliers when required.
- Support legal matters related to insurance, claims, liabilities, and disputes.
- Maintain and monitor contracts, licenses, registrations, and other important legal documents.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, contract, and employment law.
- Experience handling or researching international legal matters and foreign jurisdictions.
- Experience with company registration, licensing, or establishing business operations in another country is highly preferred.
- Strong contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and compare legal requirements across different countries.
- Previous experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, or international business is an advantage.
