OISSG Consultancy is seeking an Intellectual Property Specialist for nomination to a government-sector assignment in Qatar, with at least 10 but less than 17 years of relevant experience.
Applicants must have experience working with Qatari government entities and a sound understanding of relevant IP legislation and their approval procedures for content publication, access, and use. Core expertise should include copyright and related rights, publication and reuse licensing, rights clearance for digitization and access, IP policies, and content-use agreements.
A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, professional certifications, and professional communication and drafting skills are required. Experience with archives, libraries, or cultural collections is preferred.
