We Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property headquartered in Smart Village, Egypt, are seeking to hire a high qualified IP Lawyer our team in Egypt.
‚ÄãResponsibilities:
‚ÄãReceiving, reviewing, and replying to the clients' legal inquiry emails.
‚ÄãGiving suitable legal advice to the clients and associates in coordination with the external legal attorney where needed.
‚ÄãReplying to the trademark rejection and filing a petition to complete the legal procedure to reach the final registration.
‚ÄãFilling an opposition and counter opposition against trademarks based on clients inquiries and instructions.
‚ÄãSending a legal cease and desist waring letter where an infringement cases arises.
‚ÄãRequirements:
‚Äã2-5 years of experience.
‚ÄãBachelor of Law (English Section).
‚ÄãExcellent command of English (written and spoken).
‚ÄãStrong attention to details and organizational skills.
‚ÄãAbility to work effectively as part of a team.
‚ÄãGood proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
