Role Description This is a part-time hybrid Instructor role based in Amman, with a combination of on-site teaching and some work-from-home responsibilities. The Instructor will design and deliver engaging training sessions aligned with Pioneers Academy’s curricula and accreditation standards, using a variety of instructional methods and tools. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans and materials, delivering interactive classes, assessing participant progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Instructor will also support course development, update content based on current industry practices, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent quality across programs. Additional responsibilities may include mentoring learners, participating in professional development, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse adult learners and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment design, preferably within one or more of Pioneers Academy’s domains (e.g., management, IT, design, language, or business courses).
- Proficiency with digital tools and online learning platforms, and the ability to deliver training effectively in both classroom and virtual environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; professional certifications or international accreditations (e.g., PMI, Microsoft, PEARSON, EC-COUNCIL) are highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, work independently in a hybrid setting, and collaborate with training and academic teams.
- Prior teaching, training, or corporate education experience, especially in the Middle East region, is an asset.
