About the Role
Support end-to-end HR operations across properties and corporate functions, ensuring timely recruitment, smooth employee lifecycle management, effective employee relations, and strong HR support to the business.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Coordinate hiring requirements, recruitment, offer closure, onboarding, and maintain updated recruitment trackers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage joining documentation, pre-joining communication, asset coordination, exit clearances, final settlement coordination, and repatriation.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policies and ensure timely resolution.
- Induction & Orientation: Conduct regular employee orientation and induction sessions and ensure awareness of company culture, policies, and standards.
- Property Engagement: Conduct regular visits to hotels and restaurants, interact with employees, identify concerns, and drive closure of HR action points.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records and HRIS data, support payroll/attendance processes, prepare HR reports, and ensure accurate HR documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Support HR events, engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and other people-related activities.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with business leaders, HR teams, Payroll, Finance, PRO, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, Executive Search or other high-volume environments.
- UAE HR experience preferred.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE employment practices.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS platforms.
