A leading Security & Guarding Company is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter – Blue Collar to join our HR team.
üîπ Job Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment cycle for Security Guards and Blue Collar employees.
Source candidates through different recruitment channels and recruitment campaigns.
Conduct initial screening and interviews.
Coordinate and follow up on medical examinations, required documents, and hiring procedures.
Maintain an updated database of qualified candidates.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Coordinate with Operations regarding manpower requirements and mobilization plans.
Ensure timely recruitment and deployment according to operational needs.
Participate in recruitment drives and mass hiring campaigns when required.
üîπ Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Blue Collar Recruitment, preferably within Security, Facility Management, or similar industries.
Experience in mass recruitment is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interviewing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines.
Good knowledge of recruitment sources and channels.
Very good organizational and follow-up skills.
Good command of MS Office.
Male/Female.
