Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive HR & Administration Officer to join our real estate company based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day HR administration, employee records, recruitment coordination, attendance and leave tracking, and office administration. The role works closely with Finance and the Government Relations Officer to ensure accurate payroll inputs and timely completion of employee-related government processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate employee files, employment contracts, personnel records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, offers, onboarding, orientation and offboarding.
• Track attendance, leave, absences, employee entitlements and contract/permit renewal dates.
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, including approved attendance, leave, overtime and deductions, for Finance to process.
• Coordinate with the Government Relations Officer on relevant Saudi government portals and employee documentation, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem where applicable.
• Support compliance with Saudi Labor Law, internal HR policies and company procedures; escalate sensitive matters to management.
• Administer performance-review schedules, probation reviews, employee requests and HR correspondence.
• Oversee general office administration, supplies, records, vendor coordination and day-to-day administrative needs.
• Maintain HR reports, trackers and dashboards; recommend improvements to HR processes and documentation.
• Handle confidential employee information professionally and with discretion.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR and administration experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and common HR/government procedures and platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and HR systems; experience with ERP/HRIS is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good Arabic and English communication skills.
• Experience in real estate, property management or a multi-site operating company is an advantage.
Reporting & Collaboration
Reports to company management and coordinates closely with Finance, Government Relations and department heads. Finance remains responsible for payroll payment and financial accounting.
