Key Responsibilities

Lead offshore hook-up and integration activities

Manage offshore campaign planning, preparation, execution and close-out.

Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, including engineers, superintendents and supervisors.

Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and company standards.

Establish clear team responsibilities, work scopes, schedules and deliverables.

Resolve construction and execution issues across multiple disciplines.

Ensure project objectives are achieved in terms of safety, quality, cost and schedule.

Monitor contractor performance and ensure adequate resources are available.

Coordinate daily with stakeholders, contractors and offshore teams.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, or extensive oil & gas industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contractor inspection procedures, and wellhead platform construction activities.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years of project-related experience.
- Knowledge of General Specifications (GS) and international standards such as AWS and API.
- Ability to interpret GA drawings, structural drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and building marking plans.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to recommend project adjustments and improvements efficiently.
