As we launch our new flagship location in Abu Dhabi, we’re searching for a highly talented and creative Head Chef to bring our vision to life and elevate the way people experience wholesome food.
This role is for a culinary leader who’s eager to experiment, passionate about Mediterranean good with global flavors, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Your Role
You’ll lead kitchen operations while shaping and evolving the menu. From development to execution, you'll create dishes that are fresh, crave-worthy, and internationally inspired—think bold Middle Eastern notes, vibrant Asian influences, and modern wellness twists.
What You’ll Do
- Design and lead a high-functioning kitchen team with strong systems and prep discipline
- Create menus that blend international influences—especially Japanese, Mediterranean, and contemporary global cuisines
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency across service
- Maintain full hygiene and food safety compliance
- Work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and brand team
- Innovate constantly: bring new flavor ideas, seasonal concepts, and exciting healthy twists
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Deep understanding of global cuisine, particularly Mediterranean, and fusion techniques
- A high level of creativity, curiosity, and plating aesthetics
- Strong leadership, time management, and kitchen operation skills
- Ability to work fast and clean without sacrificing quality
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
