A motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Surveyor role within the Valuation team, supporting financial reporting valuations across a diverse range of asset types. The position involves working with a broad client base, including financial institutions, private equity firms, corporate clients, and government bodies, offering exposure to varied and high-profile assignments. Ideal for a graduate currently pursuing or intending to pursue the APC with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the role provides a clear development path toward full professional qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in carrying out property valuations for a variety of asset types including residential, commercial, industrial, and land, across both completed and under-construction assets, under the supervision of qualified (MRICS) surveyors
- Support the valuation process through site inspections, data collection, market research, and report preparation
- Contribute to the preparation of valuation reports in line with RICS standards and internal guidelines, with oversight and input from senior team members
- Work alongside experienced surveyors to analyse market data and trends, developing an understanding of valuation methodologies and reporting formats
- Collaborate with internal departments such as research, capital markets, and property management to gather relevant data and insights
- Maintain accurate and organised records of comparables, research material, and valuation evidence
- Attend client meetings and property inspections as part of a mentoring and development process
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Shadow experienced surveyors on more complex or high-profile valuation assignments to gain exposure to best practices
- Engage in ongoing learning and development, including CPD sessions and APC preparation support
- Be directly involved in and be capable of analysing primary and secondary research of the local and regional markets.
- May be required to travel internationally, depending on project requirements and client locations.

Qualifications & Experience
- * Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property, or related field (RICS-accredited program preferred)
- Enrolled in or planning to enrol in the RICS APC programme
- 0–2 years’ experience in a property/valuation role (graduate or internship experience advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of valuation methods, financial modelling, and real estate principles
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Full driving license (region-specific as required)
- Willingness to travel for site inspections as required
- Additional language skills or international experience is a plus but not essential
