Position Overview
We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineering Manager / Ground Engineering professional to lead geotechnical assessments, engineering design, and ground-related projects. This role will work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver safe, practical, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- * Lead geotechnical investigations, analysis, and engineering design.
- Review soil, rock, foundation, and ground condition assessments.
- Develop and oversee geotechnical engineering solutions for projects.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, and construction teams.
- Review technical reports, drawings, calculations, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, technical risks, and engineering quality.
- Provide technical guidance to engineers and project teams.
- Support site investigations, construction activities, and problem resolution.
Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in geotechnical or ground engineering.
- Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundations, slope stability, and ground improvement.
- Experience with geotechnical analysis and engineering software.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
