Role Description The Front-End Systems Technical Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will support and maintain front-end systems, including user interfaces and client-side components, ensuring stability, performance, and usability. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing hands-on technical support to internal teams and clients, and monitoring system performance to prevent service disruptions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, documenting solutions and procedures, and contributing to user training and knowledge sharing. The specialist will also assist in deploying updates, validating configurations, and aligning front-end system behavior with business and customer requirements.
