Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The role involves greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and directing guests and callers to the appropriate departments or team members. Daily tasks include answering and routing phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining appointment schedules, and supporting basic clerical and administrative activities. The Receptionist will also provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensure accurate recording of visitor information, and uphold professional standards in all front desk interactions.
