We are looking for a proactive, skilled, and ownership-driven Flutter Developer to join our in-house team and build high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks, from understanding requirements through development, testing, and delivery.
- Follow clean architecture, appropriate state management, and coding best practices.
- Proactively identify issues, suggest improvements, and contribute ideas beyond assigned requirements.
- Develop intuitive and polished user interfaces with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG), and Material Design.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and other cross-functional teams on technical requirements, API integration, and architecture decisions.
- Work with REST APIs, authentication, backend services, and databases.
- Apply mobile application performance optimization, security principles, and platform-specific best practices.
- Conduct thorough developer-level testing to minimize defects and reduce dependency on QA for identifying basic issues.
- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively while independently reviewing, validating, and refining generated code.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, accountability, effective communication, and the ability to work independently.
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Good understanding of mobile application development for iOS and Android.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Riverpod, BLoC, or Provider.
- Good knowledge of clean architecture and software development best practices.
- Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and databases.
- Strong UI/UX awareness and attention to detail.
- Experience with mobile application performance optimization and security best practices.
- Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality and technical ownership.
