OISSG Consultancy is seeking a Facility Management Specialist for nomination to a government-sector assignment in Qatar, with at least 10 but less than 17 years of relevant experience.
Applicants must have experience working with Qatari government entities and a sound understanding of their facility operating requirements, asset management procedures, and service contract administration. Core expertise should include building operations, preventive maintenance, contractor supervision, safety requirements, and operating cost monitoring. Experience with archival storage facilities is an advantage.
A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, professional certifications, and professional communication and coordination skills are required.
