Modular Concrete Co. (MCC) is seeking to hire an Estimating & Tenders Engineer to join its engineering team.
Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in estimating and tendering with contracting companies. * Skills: * Excellent knowledge of market prices (materials, labor, and equipment).* * Strong skills in reading tender documents, drawings, and contracts, alongside negotiating with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities: Study tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications. * Audit and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) as well as direct and indirect costs. * Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare comparisons. * Prepare and assemble technical and financial proposals, ensuring adherence to submission deadlines. * Please send your CV to: A.Khawaja@modularcc.com*
