We are looking for an experienced ERP Business Consultant – HR to support a major HR technology transformation through the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM.
Working closely with HR, IT and implementation partners, the role will translate HR business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion solutions, support end-to-end implementation and help establish a strong HR data and analytics foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation across Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, Rewards, Workforce Planning and Reporting.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Conduct process reviews, gap analysis and business blueprinting to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the HCM subject matter expert across solution design, configuration, functional specifications and testing.
- Challenge and work closely with implementation partners to ensure Oracle Fusion is configured in line with business requirements and best practices.
- Support SIT, UAT, key-user training, cutover and go-live activities.
- Develop test scenarios, execute testing, track defects and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Provide ongoing user support, training and guidance across Oracle HCM functionality.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, system enhancements and improved user experience.
- Maintain functional documentation, user guides and process documentation.
- Support HR reporting, data analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
- At least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience across Core HR, Payroll, OTL, LMS, Performance Management and Self-Service.
- Experience in solution/ERP consulting, business analysis or ERP implementation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle AIM/OUM implementation methodology.
- Experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Approvals, BPM, Security, Personalisation and HCM Extracts.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, UAT and end-user training.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification is an advantage.
