Our client is seeking a Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs within a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing program execution from concept through production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering and manufacturing programs from planning through implementation and production.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and key deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing engineering programs in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product development, and production launches.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and KPI reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
