Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, panels, generators, UPS systems, lighting, and other related assets.
- Monitor maintenance activities and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the required timeframe.
- Review electrical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare and review maintenance reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities.
- Monitor the condition and performance of electrical equipment and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, applicable codes, standards, and HSE requirements.
- Support planning and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Follow up on work orders, breakdowns, and maintenance requests and ensure timely closure.
- Assist in managing spare parts, materials, and tools required for electrical maintenance.
- Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and technical assessments when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Previous experience in Facility Management is a must with at least 5 years in similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Good knowledge of HSE requirements and electrical safety standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities and work effectively under pressure.
