We are seeking an accomplished Director Talent Acquisition to lead the organization’s talent strategy, strengthen recruitment capabilities, and build a scalable talent pipeline that supports long-term business growth.
üë• ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Develop and execute the organization’s Talent Acquisition strategy
‚úÖ Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and critical hiring priorities
‚úÖ Lead executive, senior-level, specialist, and strategic recruitment initiatives
‚úÖ Build strong talent pipelines across key business functions
‚úÖ Lead, coach, and develop high-performing Talent Acquisition teams
‚úÖ Strengthen employer branding and candidate attraction strategies
‚úÖ Oversee recruitment processes, sourcing channels, ATS systems, and hiring technology
‚úÖ Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire and quality of hire
‚úÖ Manage relationships with executive search firms and external recruitment partners
‚úÖ Drive continuous improvements in candidate experience and recruitment operations
üéØ QUALIFICATIONS
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
✔️ 8–12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience
✔️ Proven experience leading recruitment teams and enterprise-level hiring strategies
✔️ Strong background in executive search and senior-level recruitment
✔️ Excellent workforce planning and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, sourcing strategies, and recruitment analytics
✔️ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
✔️ UAE / GCC recruitment experience is an advantage
