Key Responsibilities
Supervises workforce development activities and enhances the efficiency of employees in the energy sector, and proposes and implements initiatives that contribute to achieving this, in addition to developing the strategies required to increase the Saudization rate in the energy sector.
Participates in the development and preparation of policies and procedures and provides recommendations in alignment with the general objectives and leading practices in the field of work.
Proposes areas for development and improvement related to operational procedures to enhance the operational efficiency of the department.
Manages the department’s annual operating budget, monitors its performance, and submits periodic reports thereon.
Supervises activities related to identifying and analyzing current and future jobs in the energy sector and the continuous study of the gap between supply and demand.
Manages the development of strategies to increase the Saudization rate in the energy sector, with a focus on scientific, professional, and technical specializations and qualifications that are important to the energy sector, in cooperation with the relevant training entities.
Provides support in the tasks of cooperation and close collaboration with technical and vocational training and educational entities to enhance the efficiency of employees in the energy sector through the development of educational and academic curricula and the launch of various initiatives.
Adheres to work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures applicable to the organizational unit.
Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
Required Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
